The storm drain markers have been ordered.  The markers had to be special ordered so that we could have the Spring Creek Watershed logo on them.  The company only runs special orders after they have enough special orders built up.  Therefore the time in which we will have our markers is undetermined.  The storm drain marker kits that we ordered will include door hangers that we will be able to distribute through the community.  The door hangers have information about how to protect our water quality within the watershed.

Landowner Signs for Spring Creek Participants

Often times we have been asked by landowners who have participated in the Best Management Practices (BMP) element of the Spring Creek Watershed Partnership if there is a sign that advertises to the pubic about projects that have been completed.  We have ordered some signs for the landowners to display that will promote the Spring Creek Watershed Partnership and let people know that the landowner supports soils and water conservation practices.  These signs will be given out to landowners that have installed conservation projects that protects soil and water quality within the watershed.  The signs will be displayed next to the road where they can be viewed by the public.
